Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at getseenco.com(the “Site”) and the products, tools, services, and content we make available through it (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Get Seen LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“GET SEEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. The Services — What We Provide

GET SEEN provides Generative Engine Optimization (“GEO”) tools and services, including without limitation:

  • Free AI Visibility Audit — an automated assessment of a website's likely citation behavior across 10 AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Bing Copilot, Meta AI, Apple Intelligence, Alexa+, SearchGPT)
  • AI Design Review — an automated screenshot + AI-vision analysis of a webpage
  • AI Brand Simulator — a citation-simulation test using AI web search
  • GEO Fix Sprint — a paid, done-for-you implementation of AI citation optimizations
  • GEO Retainer — an ongoing monthly optimization service
  • Site Rebuild Tool — used internally for sales collateral (third-party preview mockups; see Section 12)

4. Accounts and Access

Some features may require you to submit an email address or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities that occur under them. Notify us immediately at legal@getseenco.com of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to audit, scan, rebuild, or otherwise process websites you do not own or lack permission to test
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services
  • Use automated tools to scrape, spider, or bulk-download content from the Site beyond reasonable personal use
  • Use the Services to violate any applicable law, including copyright, trademark, privacy, anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR), or unfair competition laws
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without a separate written agreement with us
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services
  • Submit false, misleading, or infringing content through any form, tool, or input field

We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for any user violating these rules, with or without notice.

6. Free Audit Reports — Important Limitations

Our free AI Visibility Audit generates a report based on automated crawling, analysis, and machine-learning models. The report reflects our opinion and methodology as of the date generated. Letter grades, platform citation likelihood, and recommendations are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees of actual AI platform behavior. AI platforms change frequently; scores may shift without notice.

You may share a generated audit report via the share link we provide, but you are solely responsible for how you use or redistribute it. We are not responsible for any decisions made in reliance on an audit.

7. Paid Services — GEO Fix Sprint and Retainers

Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement (Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work) executed between you and Get Seen LLC. In the absence of a signed separate agreement, payment for a paid service constitutes acceptance of the service description, pricing, and terms published on the Site at the time of purchase, together with these Terms.

Refund policy. The GEO Fix Sprint includes a 7-day delivery guarantee. If we fail to deliver the documented scope within 7 business days of your payment and you promptly notify us at hello@getseenco.com, you are entitled to a full refund. Once the scope is delivered, the fee is non-refundable. Retainer services may be canceled with 30 days written notice; unused retainer hours do not roll over.

8. Payment Terms

Prices are in USD unless noted otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (and, for some legacy purchases, Lemon Squeezy); you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for all amounts due. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, templates, audit report formats, methodology descriptions, software, and design — is owned by Get Seen LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. “GET SEEN,” the GET SEEN logo, and related marks are trademarks of Get Seen LLC.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own business purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. User Content

When you submit content to the Services — including website URLs for audit, email addresses, contact form messages, notes in the admin panel, or other inputs — you grant Get Seen LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the content.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, GET SEEN LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (A) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (B) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (C) ANY AI PLATFORM (INCLUDING CHATGPT, CLAUDE, PERPLEXITY, GOOGLE AI OVERVIEWS, OR ANY OTHER) WILL CITE, RANK, OR INCLUDE YOUR WEBSITE AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICES, OR (D) ANY RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

No performance guarantee. AI platform citation behavior is controlled by third-party companies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, Amazon) and depends on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

12. Third-Party Preview Mockups (Site Rebuilds)

We occasionally generate design-preview pages (“Rebuilds”) featuring a third party's business name, content, or imagery as unsolicited sales collateral. These Rebuilds:

  • Are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the third party whose information appears
  • Are clearly labeled as “Unsolicited design mockup”
  • Use noindex / nofollow and auto-expire within 7 days of creation
  • Display a takedown contact at legal@getseenco.com

If you are the owner of business information appearing in a Rebuild and want it removed, email legal@getseenco.com with the URL. We will remove the page within 24 hours of a verified request.

13. DMCA / Copyright Policy

Get Seen LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with URL(s)
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)

  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized to act
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GET SEEN LLC OR ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY THIRD PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET SEEN LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Seen LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (d) any content you submit to the Services.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or prominent notice.
